Yep, it's a good buy for 6 months

9-2-2020 almost exactly 6 months update: charging port gave out so it's unusable. So disappointed because I liked this product SO much. I bought a DRAGON solar charger that could have been used with it but lantern didn't make it. (GROAN) It was a cool device, but I don't know if I'll get another.I bought it for camping and blackouts, but find myself using it all the time around the house, too. I just handed it over to the electrician yesterday when he climbed up into the tight roof/attic space…

Pros
  • I thought this product 2 years ago and it's still working awesome! Highly recommended
Cons
  • The lantern is not very versatile and may not be useful in other situations besides camping

A really good emergency/camping light

The Wsky Rechargeable Camping Lantern Flashlight is exactly what I wanted as an emergency lantern to have around when the power goes out. I am very impressed with the overall build quality, durability, battery life, and most importantly as a lantern--the useful light output. High and low output levels for both the front flash light/spot light mode and the lantern mode are really nice and have a very useful range. And the solid red and flashing red lantern mode could be very useful as a warning…

Pros
  • Really bright! Holds a good charge. Compact. Comes with an adjustable book light too!
Cons
  • The high lumen output may attract bugs and insects, causing unnecessary distractions

Bright and well made

The different settings on this lantern make it great for camping along with many other things. If you don't need the full brightness potential, there is a dimer setting on the next click of the button. The only problem I have with it, is how long it takes the charge. The instruction recommend not charging it for more than 12 hours at a time, and the company recommends no more than 4 hours. It does take a few charging cycles before the lantern is at full battery.

Pros
  • Of the three I ordered only one had the small light to plug in the USB port
Cons
  • The lantern may be too bright for some people's preferences

Great item for my opinion

The product was a bit smaller than expected BUT it is very bright , functions well and is quite handy. Love how it can be used as a flashlight or lantern and the dimming feature. Ordered one and as soon as I used it I immediately ordered another.I do believe though that the same light is available under different brand names in Walmart. Pick carefully.Happy with the product and I would reccomend.

Pros
  • Gave this as gift and he loves it. Very bright and long battery life. Love the usb charger!
Cons
  • Only last about 4 hours

Great little light for power outages!

This is a great light for when the power goes out twice as bright as all of our other flashlights we own. Living in California you never know when the power is going to go out these days. This light works well when it does and gives us plenty of light in the living room. We bought two so we could have one for walking around with and they work great.

Pros
  • I liked it
Cons
  • The T2000 may not be suitable for colder climates, as the battery performance may drop

Very bright! best in my review

Amazing lantern for camping. The multiple functions are great but I wish instead of a blinking red it had a dim red to use. The charging port and USB port is great to use as a charging bank if electricity isn't available at your camping site. It is a bit smaller than I was expecting but doesn't take away from the brightness, most of the time I used it on the dim white or red function. It's almost better its small so it doesn't take away space in my camping pack.

Pros
  • Energy-efficient LED technology ensures a long battery life
Cons
  • The lantern may not work effectively at high altitudes or in extreme temperatures

Loved it, buying a second

I used to own a battery-powered camping lantern, and loved it. I needed a light source for car work (parking lot, no garage), and picked this up to help with that.It turns out mobile lighting has gotten much better since 2008 or so.Major pros:- Super lightweight- Large battery, fast microusb charge- Option to charge devices from the battery via a USB-A plug- Included clip- Different modes. Especially excited about the flashing red lantern; I'm getting another to keep in our car in case of…

Pros
  • Camping & Hiking
Cons
  • The T2000 may not be as lightweight as other portable lantern options

Best flashlight in the world!

I just love this flashlight! I have given one of these to every man in our family! They love them as much as I do. We take our dogs for walks every evening using our flashlight and it hasn’t been charged in over a month!

Pros
  • Sturdy handle allows for easy hanging or carrying
Cons
  • The lantern may not perform well in high winds or other adverse weather conditions

Great for camping: my feedback

This little lantern was awesome on our recent camping trip. The best part was that we could hang it from the top of our tent (inside) using the hook that came with it and it was like having an overhead light as we got ready for bed. The red light feature was particularly appreciated at night. I love that it's rechargeable, both because it's more environmentally friendly and also because it means the lantern is lighter than ones that require multiple regular batteries.

Pros
  • Provides an excellent value for the price
Cons
  • The lantern may not be as stylish or aesthetically pleasing as other options

Dies without using best in my review

It's bright and i love how it has multiple uses but I went camping and made sure it was fully charged before i left, and by the time It was night Time and turn on the light it was very dim and low on charge

Pros
  • So many different options in lighting . Was perfect for camping trip.
Cons
  • This lantern is quite bulky and not very portable

Versatile and rechargable

These were the least expensive lanterns I found on Walmart that were rechargeable, bright, and had a hi/lo setting. They are reasonably sturdy - all plastic, so it's a weight vs heft issue - if they used heavier castings or aluminum they'd also weigh more - which would be fine if you're a car camper or you want to keep them in the house for emergency use - but might be a deal breaker for backwoods camping. They are pretty feature rich - flashlight and lantern, multiple settings, red blinker…

Pros
  • Good product
Cons
  • The T2000 may not be energy efficient and may cause electricity bills to skyrocket

Great lantern and good price

I bought this lantern for my Dad for Christmas. I like that it can be used as a flashlight or lantern. The lantern can stand up or be put on its side and it won't roll around. It is lightweight which would make it great for backpacking and camping. The USB cable that comes with the unit does not come with a power adapter, so you will need to have one if you want to charge unit in an electrical outlet. Also, the provided USB cable will not charge an iPhone. The S hook is convenient for camping…

Pros
  • Compact and portable, making it easy to take on camping trips or other outdoor adventures
Cons
  • The T2000 may not have a long enough warranty to justify the price

Surprised and happy!

I assumed the lantern would just be "okay”. After using it last night, I was quite surprised how bright all the light functions were. Not normally something you get for $20. I could clearly see 100+ yards with the actual flashlight. The white lantern cast about a 20-25ft beam. The red light was also perfect for Astrophotography. Maybe a little on the intense side for maintaining your night vision for visual astronomy but not by much. My wife and I could easily navigate the site with the red…

Pros
  • Stands upright on flat surfaces, preventing accidental tipping
Cons
  • The button placement may not be ergonomic, causing discomfort during use

A nice little light

Great for use around our campsite, to start with it's plenty light in the lantern setting, but as a flashlight it's on the dim side compared to what I am used to. It will do the job to get you where you want to go ok just not that bright.Ours doesn't stay charged all that long maybe 2 hours on the lantern setting before it begins to dim, by the second night it looked like a night light. It ran steady for maybe 3 hours before it died completely.I also couldn't get it to charge another…

Pros
  • Multiple charging options make it easy to stay powered up
Cons
  • The lantern may not be bright enough for larger camping groups or outdoor events

Mode button snag - my new review

Design flaw in this great little lantern. You shouldn't have to cycle thru all modes to turn it off. That will be the demise of this design - the button will fail. Took off a star for this. Otherwise it's super.

Pros
  • I dislike the frosted glass it would put out more light if it was clear.
Cons
  • These things are ok. But not much light.Wouldn’t buy again.

Bright, Convenient, and Long-Lasting Battery

Used this hiking/camping for 3 days in a National Forest with no electricity, held its charge the whole time. The clip was useful for hanging in a tent or on a backpack. Definitely bright enough as a flashlight and could light up an entire room. The lantern feature was sometimes even too bright, even on the dimmer setting. I did NOT use the battery to charge any devices, so I'm not sure the effectiveness of that function. Had it on the brightest setting for probably 7 hours and it still has a…

Pros
  • Super bright, long battery life
Cons
  • The lantern may not shine brightly enough in complete darkness

Decent light weight lantern

I've taken this out on several camping trips and hung it in my tent. Works great on all settings. Bright lantern, plenty bright enough to move around inside, dig around in storage bins in the dark, etc.

Pros
  • Provides a high lumen output, ensuring optimal visibility in low-light conditions
Cons
  • The flashlight mode may not be as bright as other dedicated flashlights

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Not terrible, but wish there was more brightness levels

It's not a bad lantern, but it does feel cheaply made. Saying that, quality versus what I paid is not horrible. I do wish there were more brightness levels. Even the lowest brightness level is too bright in many cases, such as using it in the middle of the night without waking everyone.

Pros
  • I use it to light up my shed
Cons
  • The charging time for the T2000 is quite long which may not be ideal for emergencies

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Nice design and quality

Very light weight, easy to stand upright, lay on its side or hang. Comes with a USB charging chord and a hanging S hook to hang inside your tent. I really like the solid red glow light option if you want to preserve your night vision.Comes with a nice carry case. I bought three different camping lanterns on Walmart and this by far is the best of the three. Better quality, and I like the six lighting options. A projected flashlight beam, a lower intensity beam, a 360 degree area light, a lower…

Pros
  • Possibly one of the Best Camping Laterns I’ve used so far. Very bright!
Cons
  • The T2000 may have a loud humming noise when charging, making it difficult to sleep at night

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great light and super useful.

This is one awesome light. It has so many uses. It is great for camping but at the same time great for when electric shut off in your home. It is super bright and very easy to use. It can act like a lamp or a flash light. How cool is that? It also can be an emergency light which any outdoor person will greatly appreciate to have it. It doesn’t require any batteries but can be recharge by USB cable. It would be so much cooler if there’s a solar charger built in, that will last forever when we…

Pros
  • Perfect for both indoor and outdoor use
Cons
  • The T2000 may not be worth the investment for casual campers or infrequent use
