Great for busy schedules and customer service

The ability for me as an Account Executive at HCA Healthcare Systems working outbound calls was essential due too my schedule being unpredictable thus forcing all outgoing leads into voicemail unless I had time to call back! This also provided other benefits such as having access information without actually talking directly withe customer which lead generation tools do not provide!! Great solution with awesome team behind that !

I like this tool because it helps me understand my customer's needs better than any other tools i have used so far. It also allows us as marketers/sales people at least reach out quickly for important events / campaigns etc which makes everything feel much smoother from end user perspective too! No major dislikes here but just minor nitpicks such as sometimes we dont seem able to send emails instantly after creating an event or campaign. But surely thats something they can fix soon enough if…

  • Simple, intuitive interface
  • Support very quick in resolving errors when reported by customers(this is not always true)
