Review on Tact by Amicz Kakaruk

I like this tool because it helps me understand my customer's needs better than any other tools i have used so far. It also allows us as marketers/sales people at least reach out quickly for important events / campaigns etc which makes everything feel much smoother from end user perspective too! No major dislikes here but just minor nitpicks such as sometimes we dont seem able to send emails instantly after creating an event or campaign. But surely thats something they can fix soon enough if its really bothering them! This product does exactly what was promised - easy tracking & sharing of all activities related to marketing efforts across various channels within same system. We've been using tact since last 2 years now & havent had 1 single issue regarding their services till date.- Easy integration into existing systems- Very good reporting mechanism available through dashboards.
