Awesome Coin Counter!

The Cassida C500 is a solid product. I use this coin counter 4-5 times per week for work and it is a life saver. It sorts, adds and rolls the change all in 1 easy to use machine. The C500 can have hundreds of coins going through it at once and eject out any unwanted currency’s. I would recommend this product to anyone who works with a lot of change or just want to make regular coin organization a breeze.

  • I bought and paid for new item but I received used one. It’s has scratches on it.I am not happy at all.

There are reasons it's less expensive.

I have 2 VERY used De La Rue coin sorter/counters of the same basic design and I believe De La Rue makes this machine for Cassida as well. Only it's apparent they make it to a price point as opposed to a quality point. This machine's belts and mechanicals are lower quality than the De La Rue's, the software is "dumbed" down and only auto reverses one time when a jam occurs (which happens very frequently) and never stops on it's own when jammed! The real item reverses very quickly and repeats 3…

Not so great! good for me

This machine required setting coin size and thickness manually after each denomination and will not count and sort at the same time. Doesn't give a dollar amount, just quantity. It also jammed after the third batch of coins. I would not recommend this machine. It was very fast, but having to manually adjust settings defeats the purpose of having a fast machine.

Glad I bought it on my review.

Easy to use. It has a paper that tells you what setting for. Which coin size. I have been using it for quarters in my coin laundry and it has been great.

Great Machine in my review

This machine is great! It is light and easy to operate. I gave it a good testing about 2 weeks ago and it performed excellently. I would recommend this to my family & friends.

Excellent performance, durable and easy to store when not .

We have used this machine for counting quarters at our Laundry Mat since late 2013. Excellent performance, durable and easy to store when not in use. Counts fast. The coin sorting is great. Hasn't given us any problems.

Reliable replacement machine

I loved our old coin counter but we had to buy a new one after it started falling apart. We used it for more than 10 years do have no complaints about it. This new machine seems pretty good too, it is faster I noticed but still accurate. I really like the fact that it is small and has a handle. I carry it from one vending machine to another to count the coins.

Puts coins into flat wrappers without any problems

I really like this coin counter. You can use flat or pre rolled wrappers, and it’ll put whatever you set it to count into the wrapper.My local bank gives me the flat wrappers for free and I was worried that if it wasn’t a perfect circle, than it would make the quarters slide in easily. That wasn’t the case. Worked all the time. I do about 300- 500 dollars in quarters a week for the local VFW and finish in about 5-10 minutes.I almost got the cheaper version that did all types of coins but the…

Love this counter! Holds up great and is fast, we use it in a laundromat we own so it has a lot of quarters running through it.

Detects distorted coins

I already have a coin sorter that sorts my change by pennies, dimes, nickels, quarters, and dollar but it does not detect bent or distorted quarters my washers and dryers depends on. With Cassida I was able to fine tune the thickness gauge to reject the bent and distorted coins thus minimizing coin jams at washers and dryers. Highly recommended for those businesses that depends on good coins. The downside is that although it's fast you would have to pass the batch of coins 4 times to sort out…
