Tandy Leather Factory Edge Beveler Review

As a lover of Arts and Crafts, I have been searching for the perfect tool to help me with my leather crafting. As my tests showed, this tool is exactly what I need! The edges of my leather pieces have never looked better. The angle of the blade is perfect for a clean and precise cut. The only con I can find is that the handle is not very comfortable for extended use. Overall, I highly recommend this tool for anyone interested in leathercraft.

The tip of the product is covered with some kind of plastic. I can't take it off I shouldn't be plucking the blade with my fingers either. If it has to be on the tip of the blade then there are no instructions on how to safely remove it without injuring him or yourself.

Understand that Tandy tools aren't premium in quality, but for the frugal leatherworker willing to spend a little time sharpening and honing the front end, this is one good phase. Some of these bevelers make a good bevel right out of the box and some don't. I recommend sharpening and honing them before using them on your leatherworking projects.
