Final tightness should be done after both are equally tight.

Terrible addition to my workshop

This product was a total letdown .Through trial and error, i found that the arbor was incredibly LOOSE and wobbly making it impossible to get a clean cut. As someone who takes their Tools and Home Improvement seriously, this was a huge disappointment. The only positive was that it was easy to install. However, thats not enough to save this poorly constructed accessory. Don't waste your money..

Ideal for adjusting workshop buffers for polishing jewelry.

Just what I needed for my jewelry buffer. Bought a Port Cargo polishing machine and adapted it to this spindle to polish my jewelry to a professional finish.
