Corner round and beading router bit with 1/4-inch heat-treated, hardened steel shank; double flute for quick cuts. Dynamically balanced up to 24,000 RPM to reduce vibration and kickback. Non-stick powder coat finish reduces friction and resin build-up to protect from corrosion. Premium quality Super Fine Grain Tungsten Carbide for an exceptionally smooth finish. Size: 1-1/2-inch diameter by 3/4-inch carbide height; 1/2-inch radius.

Disappointing Carbide Bit for Routers

Using this product, our team found that it was not effective when cutting through beading. It seemed to have difficulty making a clean cut, leaving rough edges and even causing some material to splinter. While this bit may work well for some applications, we found it lacking in our woodworking projects .The industrial and scientific qualities of this product were not up to par. Unfortunately, we cannot RECOMMEND this bit..
