The integration of ServiceNow to Microsoft 365 was extremely handy for any field service manager who needed seamless management across all their services! I have been using this system since 2011, when it first came out through my previous employer (they used Aspect Software products back then). It is definitely not perfect but as we've implemented new features over time some areas are starting really improve with great customer support from NOCOsoft!! We don't foresee much change in future soβ¦
