I'm no scientist but each of them had different readings in the same controlled environment. That makes it a star for me. The product image must be a Photoshop job to show the same values. I could "guess" the values without sending $12 to China. as long as it's a loss The price seemed too good to be true for the high rating. sometimes you just have to find it the hard way.

These are excellent devices for controlling humidity and temperature. I bought a 6 pack for lots of use in tool cases and a few snail habitats 🐌. The display is easy to read. They were all immediately functional. This eliminates the need for grooming our pets and gives me peace of mind that my tools are handy and ready to use.

Purchased for spools of 3D printer filament. Typically measures humidity up to 40%. Anything below 40% is basically an estimate as it starts jumping around 10-15%. The display will not function in temperatures above 95F. The display is difficult to read at an angle of more than 20 degrees. I do NOT recommend - bad sensors, bad display. 2 star rating because it works to some extent, but is hardly usable.

If you want perfection, no, this is not for you. If you want to know fairly close humidity readings, they're fine. The pace is pretty close. Humidity is 2-4 points above my tested quality. temperature within one degree. So for the price, you can have it in any room or indoor grow room. If you need accuracy, pay $10 or more for each unit. Good for the price. I have a box of 6 pieces.

Great little instruments. I've left them next to my humidifier (which also measures humidity) for a few minutes and all readings are about the same, give or take a few points. It's perfect, especially for the price I paid. The temp readings are accurate too, my AC is set to 77 and the units are on the floor which is usually a bit cooler so I'd say they're pretty accurate. Very satisfied.

All six of these little units work great. I compared them to each other and to two more accurate instruments and they consistently showed the same or at most 1% difference, which was probably due to a slight moisture gradient rather than a small instrument error. They worked instantly and quickly adjusted to new readings when moved to a location with a different humidity level. Very happy!

Accuracy stated outside of ±5% RH. Tested with a calibrated meter and using the salt method they all show 8-10% less but they show within 1-2% of each other so they can still be used as a guide hence I give them 2 stars. UPDATED TO A STAR: After a few weeks, they're not even a few percent different from each other. The difference is more than 15% top to bottom when everything is in a controlled environment for more than 24 hours.

works well especially for the price. I wish they had a way to install them but can't complain as I didn't pay that much for it. My only complaint is that they were already on and working when I opened the box. I wish they put the batteries in their own box or something so I can use the exact amount I need and know exactly when the batteries were installed.
