From all the positive reviews I was sure this vegetable brush was going to be awesome! It is not. It's absolutely awful! At first it falls apart completely and the bristles fall right into the food! I love that this scraper has replaced my smelly sponge. It's gentle enough to clean my Le Creuset enameled cast iron skillet without scratching it and strong enough to scrape food residue off Lodge cast iron skillets without stripping the seasoning. I'm skeptical about non-stick pans. I wouldn't consider this coconut fiber Tawashi vegetable peeler if it wasn't endorsed by so many product testers. I've always used plastic bristles for potatoes and root vegetables and the thing looks prickly. But it's cheap, so I gave it a try. The size of the brush is about 3.75 x 3 x 2 inches.
