Very good frying pan. Comes with all gaskets, screws etc. and two filters. However, it will NOT fit the 2001 Suburban 2500. The transmission is OK, but the cross member is too close to the transmission.

Note: This tray does NOT come with filter extensions to fully mount the filter onto the bottom of the tray. What it has are molded pedestals that the bottom of the filter rests on instead of falling down. I measured the distance from the flange to the bottom of the filter and the base and used the filter that best fits the measurement.
