This one in the picture is a solid piece but I've had many others that were studs. I use them while I work so I don't care if I chose a hoop or not so be careful! It would be nice not to worry about that. A few days ago I stopped using them because I felt splinters in my throat. The texture of the toothpick will begin to fall apart after about 30 minutes to 1 hour of playing with it in your mouth. The mint flavor is pretty good!

They are very refreshing taste so fresh. They can break easily, I'm not sure if the wood used these days is cheaper than some reviews mention, but I still like using them "because they taste fresh. I mostly preferred the triangular/wedge shaped toothpicks, which I used years ago (to massage those gum areas) but couldn't see them for this purchase.

I used it to quit smoking. Works, haven't smoked for 6 months. However, be careful with this product! I had a toothpick every day all day in my month. I took so much tea tree that I had bladder problems. I stopped using them and felt a lot better after a few days.

It has a strong flavor so I don't know how well they work as toothpicks to hold your sandwich together, but for people looking to quit smoking this is what you need.

I often need something to chew on when I'm working or studying. This is a great alternative if you have braces or need to wear a retainer. These four packs last about 3 months and I typically spend $10 a month on gum. One pack fits in your pocket, but I wish the pack was smaller, like the size of a chewing gum. But the size of the package is manageable. It should be noted that the taste has a tingle.
