Makes a delicious omelette

Just received it today and made a veggie omelette for dinner. It was easy and turned out way better than I can do with a regular flat pan. I just put the eggs in both halves, waited a bit, then loaded the veg onto the long handle side, waited some more, then flipped the short handle side. I didn't use butter because I wanted it to be low in calories. I waited for the egg to set before flipping half over so it wouldn't stick. Medium fire is used, not high. Overall I really like this pan. Well…

It was a pleasant surprise. Excellent quality.

I am impressed with the quality of this pan. It has a nice finish and strong handles. Thick handles are riveted through the pan and are comfortable to the touch. The finishing inside and out makes it easy to clean and the egg really slips off. They included a silicone grip cap for the smaller grip used to flip the top of the omelette, it does a wonderful job. My old ones had plastic handles and the smaller ones got hot so this was a great fix. The only concern I have with the pan is the ridges…

Perfect for a first time

Just took the omelet pan out on my first foray on my 3 egg mix stovetop to see how it would work in making the omelet I want like. The instructions were good because I used medium fire rather than something more powerful. Although it took a little longer, the eggs were evenly cooked in the first step of double-boiling. The first step was to add some spinach (I made both sides because I love lots of spinach) and then some Mexican cheese on one side. I closed the lid, turned off the stove and…

It doesn't get any better and well packed in its own box.

This frying pan is of the highest quality, couldn't be better and well packaged in its own box in the Amazon box. It arrived 2 days before the scheduled delivery date so I was happy with it. It also has one of those little heat-resistant attachments to hold the stainless steel top semicircular handle, which can get hot if your burner is larger than a skillet. on my electric stove. The bottom half froze and cooked while the top half of the omelet was still soft, so I don't have to tell you what…

Easy to use, excellent omelettes

I gave this product an overall rating of 4 because I think it's really good for those who have trouble making omelettes and frittatas the traditional way. That's not me. However, for my son who is in college, this is a great learning tool. It's well built - don't worry about the pot falling apart. If you use a medium heat and don't slam it on the stove, I'm sure the look will hold up as well. First we tried cooking without oil and it didn't work. What worked was this: 1. Heat the pan on both…
