Just received it today and made a veggie omelette for dinner. It was easy and turned out way better than I can do with a regular flat pan. I just put the eggs in both halves, waited a bit, then loaded the veg onto the long handle side, waited some more, then flipped the short handle side. I am impressed with the quality of this pan. It has a nice finish and strong handles. Thick handles are riveted through the pan and are comfortable to the touch. The finishing inside and out makes it easy to clean and the egg really slips off. They included a silicone grip cap for the smaller grip used to flip the top of the omelette, it does a wonderful job. I gave this product an overall rating of 4 because I think it's really good for those who have trouble making omelettes and frittatas the traditional way. That's not me.
