It gives other people access who might not have physical space or computers at their disposal when they're working from home during this time of social distancing. I love how easy it is for me to make edits and send messages to my team. The fact that I can set up multiple people to send me messages and keep track of each of them. The fact that I can also set up a chat between my team and other team members and keep track of it all as well. It is not as easy as other platforms to use while I am out of the office.
