Perfect fit for 2019 Ram 1500 Rebel with fender flares. Uses existing bolts in the rear and front wheel arches. Use the included screw and J-clamp and use a 1/8 bit for extra support. The double sided tape didn't touch until I used an extra fastener to attach the least supported side of the guard. Positive feedback about it is beyond doubt. I just installed them on my 2020 Ram 1500 cab. They fit perfectly. A small factory fender fits snugly in this fender. You don't have to remove it. You just need to loosen fasteners 3 for the front wheel and 4 for the rear wheel I think. I used a 5/16 wrench to take them off and install them easily. I installed them yesterday and they should look more like the guards shown by "C" flares. There is a very large (and very unnecessary) internal section that doesn't seem to make any sense. I can remove it with a dremel. I also received four clips, four screws and four washers but the two clips were not the same.
