Soft but delicate yarn

Pros: •soft •good price for a wool blend •deep, rich, great color Cons: •much thinner than expected. It turned out well as I used it for a lace shawl but I was expecting it to be thicker. It's probably best for socks. • Several knots along the entire length and torn a few times in thinner areas. Annoying and while it's easy enough to hide in a sweater, it's hard to hide in a lace scarf.

Pros
  • Ideal for a small home
Cons
  • poorly thought out

Very happy with this Best in Knit & Crochet

I bought ginger to crochet some small pumpkins and it worked great. Pattern - Sweet Little Pumpkin Patch by Norman Schwarze. It's a nice desaturated orange color, closer to a real pumpkin than any neon, it's not flashy at all. The weight is very light. Compared to other yarns I have, this is the closest to sock weight. It's a lot thicker than my tip but still very thin. I used needle number 1, it turned out fine. If you knitted something other than plush you could probably use a different size,

Super soft yarn

This yarn is so soft I love it. Although I haven't crocheted in a long time, this yarn is perfect for crocheting. When it arrived it was exactly the beige color I was looking for and more than enough for a small scarf I was crocheting. Although I'm not done with it yet, I found this yarn really easy to work with, and although I've used merino wool in the past, I found it to be the softest wool yarn I've ever used. Not to mention that I usually feel a bit of an itch when using wool and usually…

Soft but cheap material. Breaks too easily!

I was very happy to get this new soft yarn to make my first pair of socks for myself as a Christmas gift but as lovely and soft as it is it is very Disappointing/cheap ball of yarn, not worth buying! Yarn is more like thread considering how weak and small the material is. If you make a mistake, forget about loosening your stitches because if you try to unravel your work, the thread will simply snap. I've had to restart my project countless times because the thread keeps coming off my work. And…

Fragile but workable, so soft.

This yarn is so soft, lovely little marshmallow balls. The price is very good, there seems to be enough yarn to weave a whole thin sweater. The yarn breaks easily so be careful with the tension, but there seems to be enough wool in the fiber to make a askew joint and I appreciate that. The yarn is very shiny and a bit slippery. The skein winds up easily, you may need to use a ball winder, but be careful with the tension. Despite the low price, I would say that this yarn is not suitable for…

Pros
  • Hand wash, machine wash cold max 30°C / 86F. Dry Flat / Feltable
Cons
  • unreliable

Don't buy this! on Knitting & Crochet

I bought this yarn set to knit a wide scarf. Thread for US 15/10 mm needles So I foolishly bought this type of thread (1.75 oz) for US 6/4 mm needles. This type of yarn is suitable for making children's clothes, socks, hats or leggings. No wide scarf! I was warned about the weakness of this product but I bought it anyway as I was new to the hobby. Now I'm invested in it. I should have bought higher quality products. The most annoying thing about this yarn is that it snaps every time I pull to…
