The product works great, but Chevy's manufacturing process placed the connector on a 2014 Chev Traverse in a hard-to-reach area.

Plug and play. The pigtail sits high up in the Buick's rear bulkhead on the passenger side next to the muffler. A bit tricky to find but after that installation is a breeze.

Works as intended. However, it could have been a bit longer to make it a little easier to move away from the exhaust. And the kit was missing 2 trailer turn signal relays which I spent $40 on at the parts store.

Excellent product. Easy installation. Just plug in and get started. Perfect fit for my 2014 Traverse. My cargo trailer is now legal with headlights. Instructions for installing fuses and relays were provided. The entire installation from start to finish took 10 minutes.

Product as advertised. The company provides links to YouTube videos and installation is easy. However, it turned up at my house in a plug-in style box, which was frustrating until I opened the box and found that it was actually the plug-in play version I wanted and ordered. I've used it on many pins on my 2 jet ski trailer and it works every time.

The instructions were pretty specific, but I thought I'd mention one thing. The 2014 Buick Enclave has a special connector for the trailer wiring harness, which is located behind the rear wheel on the passenger side between the chassis and the rear bulkhead. It is fixed and stationary. If you use a flashlight, it's almost invisible.
