Description of TEKTON 2 Inch 16 Inch 45 Degree WBE23313

Ends are offset 45 degrees to reach over and around obstructions. 12-point openings double the access angles of a 6-point, making it easier to work in tight spaces. Box end geometry is designed to grip flat sides of fastener heads, not corners, to prevent round-off. Made of premium chrome vanadium steel with a mirror chrome finish.

The tools are beautiful and well made

For those who have quality tools in their garage. This is an indispensable thing for hard-to-reach places. Dear quality instruments like Erem, Klein, Channel Lock, Crescent, this just made it to the list.

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • Suitable

Pretty good key.

I bought this wrench to break a transmission filler plug on a Lexus LS 460 and it worked very well. I have struggled in vain with this bolt with different heads and keys until I got this key.

Pros
  • Price
Cons
  • Clarity

Suitable for non-professional/limited use

Key has a good finish and the offset is conveniently located for most jobs that require an offset. The actual fit of the nuts and bolt heads is a bit loose. This will work in most cases, but I suspect it will round off the heads of stuck nuts and bolts.

Pros
  • Several competitors
Cons
  • unreliable

True chrome plating suitable for power tools and hand tools

Very nicely made key. After reading many reviews, people complain about the poor quality of many of the other keys listed. Complaints about it being advertised as chrome, but it's actually a flat finish. Buy THIS key. Well made forged steel with a beautiful chrome finish.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • New competitors have appeared

Doesn't lock but doesn't lock for the price

These are normal box wrenches. Good ending. The only minor issue is that the wrench has a fairly deep bevel where it enters the nut or bolt. With a normal head there are no problems. If it's a flat head screw, it usually won't hold. But that is a rare circumstance. Neat tool

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • Some bugs

Better than expected.

Exactly what I was looking for. I bought this brand for the first time and they seem to be very good. The laser marking is very clear and sharp. The chrome finish is very nice and the fit feels good too. I have a lot of brand name tools that came off the truck but wanted a less expensive option for my bikes. These seem perfect for that.

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • You could choose a newer model

Tekton = Good tool at a reasonable price!

I bought this key for a job I will be doing on a Volvo. I have many tools and brands but I haven't bought Tekton yet. This is a good wrench for the price, it has a good reach and is also a good length. It should work well for the job and be an asset to my toolbox when I need a metric wrench. So don't be afraid to buy non-Mac or Snap-On tools and give this brand a try. I have a wrench which is also a good tool at a great price as well as a few macs, tools, handyman and others. I would recommend…

Pros
  • Ideal for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Not sure

Worked where a handyman couldn't

I needed a 10mm screwdriver to loosen the manifold. The old master would not fit as the ring is 8mm deep and there is less clearance above the bolt head. The ring on the Tekton is only 6 mm thick. It went in easily. The Artisan's high knee could also cause problems. You don't need an L-wrench if there's room for a socket and ratchet above the lock. The low-knee Tekton looks better for getting where the nest doesn't go. When I placed the 7.5" Tekton on the bolt, it had enough play to turn the…

Pros
  • Very impressive
Cons
  • boring packaging
