Convenient App with Excellent Customer Service

I have been using this app for almost three years now and it has helped me save time and money while allowing my patients access to their appointments online. The software is very user friendly and easy to navigate which allows even those who are not tech savvy to use the system. There's nothing that I dislike about this product but if you want an affordable solution then definitely consider this one! It does what its supposed to do without any issues. Great tool to help keep remote employees connected

I have been using this app for about one year now since it came out! It has helped me connect more often than not when there are issues or emergencies that arise during our appointments at my office - especially if we're far apart geographically as well!! The only thing i dislike right off hand would be how long some pages load compared ot other apps/websites ive used before.. but thats just nitpicking honestly haha We've had an easy transition into working remotely due primarily because they…

  • They were quick to respond with any concerns in regard what may come up going forward after launch, customer service is top notch too which always helps make things smooth :).The feature availability from both dentist & patient side makes everything easier while providing seamless experience regardless mobile device choice (iPhone vs Android).i love seeing all features across multiple platforms available seamlessly !!!!

Excellent and easy-to use tool with endless possibilities

I like that you can do virtually anything at any time through this app! It's great for remote appointments or waiting rooms where people don't want their phones out but still need access information/images etc. There aren’t many things about it yet; however they are working hard everyday as we speak so i expect some very exciting improvements soon enough!! Also not much dislike really except maybe occasionally when my phone doesn’t have internet connection which makes me miss something…
