I like that you can do virtually anything at any time through this app! It's great for remote appointments or waiting rooms where people don't want their phones out but still need access information/images etc.

There aren’t many things about it yet; however they are working hard everyday as we speak so i expect some very exciting improvements soon enough!! Also not much dislike really except maybe occasionally when my phone doesn’t have internet connection which makes me miss something important - especially if there were 2 minutes left before our appointment was due up. You could make your own virtual office space within a few months using other apps such as Zoom Meetings, Google Hangouts, SkypeMeetings et cetera. If anyone has never tried an online doctor or dentist service then definitely give them a go because no one wants another trip back home again after all these years just to see someone.
