Sticks are excellent I am very happy with this purchase. They're lightweight, durable and come in a nice sturdy drawstring pouch for storage when not in use. The rods extend smoothly by simply unlocking the cam locks (3 per rod/4 segments). I only gave them 4 stars for durability because one of the rubber caps that connects with a rubber cord across the bars snapped like a rubber band when the cap was removed from the pointed tip.
