They seem to be holding up well. After reading the reviews I was skeptical but didn't want to buy plastic replacement parts for the movement for four times as much. I wanted something more durable due to the melting of the factory plastic ends. I soldered them in and added some sealant on the back to protect them from the elements. So far, so good.
