I like that it keeps things organized for me with reminders about things that need to be done. It also allows me to easily email or send reminders to my employees by using the app/website. I find that it is very easy to use, and helps me keep track of my work for the day. It also allows me to communicate with other staff members and even clients. The only thing I dislike about this system is that it can be extremely time consuming, especially if you have a large team. The dashboard is very clean with all information at your fingertips! It's easy for people who don't have experience using analytics software (or not as much) - it helps explain things that may be otherwise confusing or hard-to find elsewhere online/in reports etc..
