I am so disappointed that I could NOT reproduce the faults described by other reviewers and/or shown in the pictures. I placed the jars on the top shelf as instructed, set them on high heat and they went through without warping, breaking or separating. I've also tried getting condensation on mine but no luck. The price seemed too cheap to be true, and it was - after 3 months the glasses already have the infamous film of moisture between the layers. I have glasses from Tervis.com that are over 5 years old and just starting to get the same film. I filled out the lifetime warranty form on the Tervis website to find out they are not covered. Basically, you can tell the authenticity of a Tervis glass by the fact that "Lifetime Guarantee" is engraved on the underside below the engraving "Made in America".

I've lived in Florida all my life and I've never bought genuine Tervis glasses because I always thought they were too expensive. I was wrong!
