I am currently using a spade extension cord to keep my old printer powered on. It sits flat helping maintain a peaceful space. [It's not a bulky, long extension cord.] While I don't use it to charge my phone or headphones, I have no doubt it can. At the moment it might be a better and more compact power strip than the short GE Tape [which] charges my computer. The time will show.

This unit works great, charges all my devices easily and installs easily under my desk. I love that the USB charging ports are front-facing for easy access, and I also have four 120V outlets. Additionally, this unit passed all my tests using a standard outlet tester, unlike some other units which I bought from Revain and which failed due to grounding problems. This machine is 100% tested.

I bought one of these to put on my bedside table as it is right in front of the socket so plugging it in is a hassle. I liked it so much I had to buy 3 more (one sits on a side table tucked in behind the sofa, one for my SO on his side of the bed and the other on my desk so I don't have to crawl under it, to connect something else). Because the cord comes out the side of the plug, I don't have to worry about crushing it between the couch and the wall or ruining the outlet.

I like the generous form factor and USB on the side. Worst of all I can't use USB for some audio gear as it has serious switching power ripple (I hear two different frequencies) and even the cheapest USB box I've plugged into 120V outlets has been silent, so instead of using the USB ports for USB devices, I have to waste the 120V jack on a USB adapter. very loose and prone to random on/off switching, unsatisfactory hard clicks. The number of USB ports and sockets seems reasonable for this type of cable. I liked the arrangement of the outlets, as this arrangement allows you to plug in 4 non-standard plugs (like a mains charger). The spade itself was a great solution! I used this cord to extend the outlet behind the sofa. Now the whole family gathers near this place (they all use gadgets and need a USB port). Features I would like to have in the next version of this device: - Fast charging capability (9V @ 1.67A). - Low

Now with so many USB chargers and some not, my extension cords have become a mess. I keep changing USB converter plugs around the house. And cords are everywhere (my vacuum robot sucks them up, sigh). I finally decided on this one. And I'm so happy with my choice! What makes it different: * WALL MOUNTING OPTION! I love love love that. I love this extension. I bought this particular extension cord for a reason. I have 3 Wizard One chargers and they have power transformers (plugs) at such an angle that I couldn't plug all 3 of my chargers into my old power strip at the same time. The way the transformer is angled took up too much space on my old power strip, so I could only plug in two chargers at a time.
