🐟 Tetra Cleaning Bacteria: Ensuring Clean and Healthy Aquariums Review

I'm still a beginner aquarist and I'm still learning. This was a game changer for algae in my 20 gallons. It's not in direct sunlight and my levels are fine, but I think the skylight in my dining room is causing growth, but it helps a lot in keeping my aquarium clean. I highly recommend it!

Bought before and satisfied. The bag was a little smaller than I had hoped (it was 4 oz and my previous pet store purchase was 8 oz). On a positive note I will be ready for the next bag as I bought it with a Revain subscription. I was afraid I would get stuck with an extra package but at this size I'll be glad when it arrives!

Keeps my filter element 5 times cleaner than without. I have a 30 gallon aquarium with 3 sunfish and a 10 inch chub and used to have to change the filter every week. Now I can live at least a month before it needs cleaning. I only change it because I feel I should. I bet it could last 2-3 months if I let it go.

Bought for my "always dirty" tank. I changed the filter, partially changed the water with the addition of various healing liquids and charcoal fillers, it only helped for a few days, then the problem came back. After all the experiments, I bought them these bacteria and little white balls "house of bacteria". The problem seems to be gone for good - the water is always clean, even though I somehow forgot to clean the filter over the weekend. Recommend.

This is one of those products that you never know will work. After all, you can't see germs, can you? However, I only use mechanical and bacterial filtration to balance my aquariums and use this product for all water changes and adjustments. Seems to be working fine. I can quickly cycle an aquarium and existing tanks will remain in balance with little or no ammonia, nitrite, or nitrate, according to my chemistry test suite. You couldn't wish for better!

I had a problem with my filter that killed all my bacteria and I spent months trying to fix it, bought it and within a week I saw big improvements. I have red-eared sliders that are quite messy by nature and would recommend them to others with similar problems. Used the product for the first time a few days ago and the plants have almost turned brown. Algae on the walls of the aquarium appeared for the first time. And our goldfish almost seemed depressed. I have followed the dosing instructions carefully and have a 20 gallon tank. I replaced the filter the next day (almost new filter) if that was the problem. Worst thing I have ever done to my goldfish. Three 30, 36 and 55 gallon tanks that have been in operation for 3 years. Ammonia levels were very high at 36 and 55. 30 was high but I found it bearable. Nitrates were high and nitrites were almost zero. I've recently added more gravel to all three tanks and switched to powerheads to run my underbody filters.
