Teva Unisex Kids Hurricane Sandal Medium Boys' Shoes Review

Tevas are the best! The perfect sandals for children and all their outdoor activities. I'm only giving 4 stars because I bought my daughter a size up so she could wear it longer. Unfortunately her feet slipped everywhere because there was water where we walked. If you are in a humid area, make sure your shoes are the right size for you.

Seriously? This REEEEEEK! I would never put them on a child's foot. They stunk when I got them, so I put them on the porch for a couple of days to turn off the gas, then put them in a box in my kid's room. An hour later the room smelled like that formaldehyde/naphthalene smell. I couldn't keep them in the house, leave them on my children's legs. I don't know what the hell went wrong with this stuff. I bought them for my daughter because they belonged to Teva and I was looking for some durable sandals for her because she wears shoes like crazy. I was disappointed when I received them, noting that they are made of rigid foam which is lightweight but not sure about their durability. She'll probably ruin them quickly, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed. They are also a bit big, my older daughter wears a size 1 to fit a size 2 and she may fit a size 12 ordered by my younger daughter.

I was the size my granddaughter usually wears but they were a bit too big so the first time she wore them she got painful blisters on the inside of both legs and refused to wear them again, even with socks.

Bought these for my daughter to wear kayaking, the beach, or hiking the creeks. You are perfect! They are comfortable, easy to put on, easy to wash off and dry quickly. No complaints.

My 8 year old doesn't want to take these shoes off. They were bought for a trip to the beach, but she wears them to school every day. They are easy to wash. We had to scale her down as her normal size was too big.

Unfortunately we are already a week past the return window, I should have tried to return them sooner. The strap broke after 2 weeks of average wear.

They are very durable especially for my child who runs, climbs etc. Also great is that they hold up / dry out easily after being in the water. They go with everything!

The sandals were very impressed with their comfort, easy on and off, and durability. These are the perfect summer sandals for my 5 year old, I just wish they had a black version in her size too. I ended up buying a pair!

We already have a third pair. Our daughter has been wearing them for a few years. They are comfortable, easy to care for and light.

My baby loves them very much, they are light and comfortable, she can run fast in them, they are easy to wash and they look cute :))

I bought both 1 and 13 because my son usually wears a 13 but who knows. And most importantly, they are the SAME size. There is no difference between them. And they are huge, too big. I have to return both. The supplied size chart is useless. Love the quality and color choice but need to find another brand that has a better size.

Bought size 1 for my 6 year old granddaughter. There is more than 2.5 cm of space in the front of the shoe. The straps on the leg and around the ankle are incredibly large.

love these sandals! Great for kids, they can dress themselves. I like to find sandals in black or navy blue, they match the outfit so it's easier to dine in than colorful ones.

The size is too big. Size 9 blue sandals that my son outgrew. I ordered a size up (t10) and they are huge, slide off my foot and cannot be adjusted! Both sandals are from Teva.

I got this for my daughter. They were too big and you really can't adjust them much. They were uncomfortable to wear. They have been returned.

These shoes are cute and appear to be well made but oh my god they are way too big. My son usually wears a size 12.5-13 and a size 11 is too big in this shoe. See photo. I'm afraid he'll trip over it. In the end I think they are perfect for the river, fenders and some activities and we leave them.

Tevas never disappoints and this is no exception! I bought these shoes for my 6 year old daughter at Disney World because her Tevas are pretty much the only shoes she doesn't complain about and they did a great job. No blisters, no complaints, and they look cute dressed up or down. Excellent value for money and quality! Definitely going up to her next size.
