Description of Premium Ivory Corriedale Fiber for Textured Felting Wool - Perfect for Needle Felting, Spinning, Doll Hair, and Waldorf Crafts

NATURAL CORRIEDALE wool includes some whimsical curly locks - locks are not separated. Even though this product has been washed, if your craft calls for completely clean fiber, we recommend further washing. Gently hand wash to preserve lock structure. SPRINGY TEXTURE for your next craft project: needle felting, wet felting, blending, spinning and doll making. NEEDLE FELTING: the larger diameter of Corriedale fibers makes it easier for the needle barbs to catch and felt. TEXTURED FELTING WOOL is a natural product - small pieces of dirt or vegetal matter may be included. Washing is recommended. 1 OUNCE (28g) in baggie (6"x6"). No two baggies will look exactly the same. Micron count 26

Seller a pleasure to work with.

Bought this item to sew a white bichon for a client. The fur was beige, with yellow or, at best, brown spots. It also had a lot of the junk I would expect from a natural product. However, I will say that other packages are clean, colorful and beautiful. The seller contacted me immediately about my "white" product, was VERY nice and sent me a clean package to work with. She was just a pleasure to work with and she gave me what I needed quickly.

Pros
  • STRUCTURED FELT WOOL is a natural product that may contain small dirt or plant residues. Washing is recommended.
Cons
  • New competitors have emerged

Just awful

I was VERY DISAPPOINTED when I received this order. There are very few so-called "crimps" in this wool, they are minimal, short and mostly more like crimped bits. For the price I figured I was getting a good curl to fleece ratio. Unfortunately, not at all. I was hoping to use this for beard and hair in my needle felting projects. After carefully separating the kinks (no curls because they just aren't curls) from the fleece, I'd say only 10% of the entire batch is actually long enough (over 2…

Pros
  • SPRING STRUCTURE for your next craft project: dry felting, wet felting, blending, spinning and doll making
Cons
  • So far so good

Poor quality, not clean and the price is too high.

The first order of white locks I bought from this company was better than my last order but I am disappointed with the quality of both. The locks in both orders were not as clean as I expected. A lot of trash. Also, the price is too high for the quantity and quality. The 2nd order was not soft and silky, but dull and even, full of sticks, weeds, dirt, fluff, etc. There weren't many strands. Just a lot of fluff. The color was more yellow than white. I was planning to use this to sense the…
