Does not send correct signals for TV promotions (2 remote controls)

Product does not receive signals for TV promotions consistently. I bought a second one, the big round button is pressed and won't go up. The search function does not work in most applications. YOUR PRODUCT RETURN WINDOW IS VERY SMALL. NOW STACKED WITH TRASH.

Get a real think or universal remote

Bought to replace my Fire TV as we lost the original. I've only had it for a little over 30 days and the buttons are sticking to it. If you try to press the arrow button, the center button will be activated. Get a real replacement or a good $10 universal remote would be better

I don't know what to do with it - it connects to the TV with no problem, but other than that it doesn't work well.

Looks good, smells good, goes well with my TV. It doesn't "feel" like my old remote (I find it lighter and cheaper...) but I didn't care. a little red LED on the top showing it's working... I like it - the old remote didn't have that. (Press the button and the LED lights up.) It paired fine, but otherwise it doesn't work with my TV.
