I like that you can easily track the project with it's status, there are multiple ways of tracking and reporting on things. You also have different tabs to work on depending on what you need. You also have a way to easily create tasks from other tabs and link them back to the project. It was very easy to learn and use. Sometimes it would freeze and not load properly. I love how easy it was set up, very intuitive! We have all of our systems in place now so we're able keep track easily throughout different departments (HR/ Payroll) without having to go back an forth between multiple programs or applications when completing tasks related with payroll processing etc.. Nothing really bad about this program at least not anything i dislike yet anyway :). You can't do much wrong really using their system once its setup correctly!! Best decision ever made by myself

I like how easy it was to navigate through all of my project files, as well as keeping track of who has worked with each file. It also helped me keep up-to date on what had been done in previous years so we could stay organized throughout our year end process! It gives us access to all our data from both clients and employees. If you need info across departments it makes that process easy - it's very organized. It works offline too! That was the only thing we were disappointed with but now that's fixed. This app is great. If I forget someone's info in someone else's entry or vice versa, I now have everything at my fingertips and can simply search for that missing information when making changes. I like how it allows me access from anywhere, so even if my computer crashes or gets stolen/hacked there are no worries! It's easy enough anyone can use but not as intuitive of an interface than other programs out in this space (iCloud). If all else fails just get someone who has used another program before with success - they will be able help guide through any issues along their way until things start working smoothly again!!
