The best about this program was having an easy way to schedule appointments with ease of use as well being able to communicate directly from my phone via texting or calling in order for me not have to wait around too long before I can see them! I love how easily you can go to appointments via computer or by phone at your convenience!! It helps me stay updated with work schedules in order for my patients not miss deadlines! Sometimes some of their features are complicated/harder than they should be; however it's worth sticking around during training sessions to familiarize yourself more fully wth appts etc! It's a great tool for managing appointments with my therapist. I can check it daily to see if anything has changed with my therapy sessions. Also, it helps me keep track of appointments. Sometimes this software freezes or takes a long time to load up. It also sometimes crashes at random. You should test how reliable the system is before using it for multiple purposes. I love how easy it was to set up appointments for my therapist! We had used other platforms before so this made things easier than ever with our team of therapists we use in one office space since 2006!!
