Review on TherapyAppointment by Chad Judex

I love how easily you can go to appointments via computer or by phone at your convenience!! It helps me stay updated with work schedules in order for my patients not miss deadlines! Sometimes some of their features are complicated/harder than they should be; however it's worth sticking around during training sessions to familiarize yourself more fully wth appts etc! The customer service here makes all issues seem resolved immediately upon contact. Easy system which allows us as therapists ease access from home when needed without missing information necessary about patient needs. This has been great so far! Benefits include time savings both client AND provider sides - easier communication & keeping everyone updates. I love how easy it was to get started using this app. The customer service team helped me every step of the way! They were always available for questions or concerns. It would be great if you could edit your notes after they are saved in order for them not to disappear when you refresh the page. This isn't much an issue since we never needed to use our notes section very often. We used this as a way to make appointments with therapists who work at the clinic where my daughter receives therapy.
