Don't worry, the accuracy is zero and will give completely different, conflicting readings every time. Using the probe and connecting it to different channels will cause the temperature reading to vary greatly each time. If you disconnect and reconnect the probe to the same channel while in contact with the same constant heat source, the temperature will also increase or decrease each time.
