The product comes with instructions stating that there is a kickstand, but there isn't. Next was a slotted plastic base and screw with no explanation. I think it should be used for screwing to the wall and feeding the cable through. They should correct the product information and include the stand in the kit.

Very small design, could do with a bit more to make it easier to use and see. It seems very accurate and only takes a few minutes (3-5) to stabilize. Setting up an alarm seems sketchy. I can't tell if it's enabled. I tested it by setting it to 10 degrees Fahrenheit but it never worked. I will test it, maybe I'm doing something wrong? Also, I only use it to control the temperature in our freezer, which is better than opening the door to make sure it's freezing properly.

I am tech savvy and even I have a hard time figuring out how to set an alarm. Either that or I have a defective device. And as another reviewer thought, what the heck is that white clip? The device itself is well designed and easy to program. The only thing I would like to improve is that the setting routines show what action you are setting. These modes are difficult to read as they are very small for older eyes. Another point, if the alarm is for the freezer, the alarm can only be a decibel or two louder depending on where you put the freezer.
