The color of the strip was different than what we had over the sink. Missed it in the description.

Replaces the standard square lantern above the sofa. Much more light, making it easier to read. Installation was pretty easy. Before starting, make sure the 12V power supply is cut off, so as not to burn anything. The lens was replaced with the one under the counter with a darker trim.

not happy with the product

2 year warranty ballast blown in 6 months sparks and smoke I'm glad I was home when it happened now I have two wires hanging down the covers, haven't received a full refund and don't know if I should order the same and hope for the best or try to find another 12 volt device. If I reorder the same one, I will lose 20 dollars more because of difference in refund and shipping

I recommend everyone NOT to buy this lamp

The lamp was slightly damaged but it seems to work. I decided to try and use it anyway. I installed the device, but when I turned on the switch, something inside exploded. Product damaged upon arrival.B. No installation instructions were included.C. The unit is meant to be flush mounted, but since the wires come out of the center of the back panel, you can only flush mount it if you: Drill a hole in the surface you want to mount it on, or b. Add spacers to allow room for wiring. I chose option…
