These bags are durable and will hold out the cold longer than other bags. I carry one in my purse for pain/migraines. They're a little bigger than some ice packs, but they're effective for me.

I sprained my lower leg during a fun night out in Las Vegas and needed ice packs to ease the bruise. As they always say - rest, ice, compress and lift! Ordered to keep cool at night, it was cool enough to touch and leave on skin without causing a "cold burn".

While definitely more ice packs than I would buy right away, as usual I looked locally for smaller options but they never came. I needed one that would fit in our mini Street Pastor Patrol bags for first aid kits in case we trip, fall or hit our head etc. The full sized ones were overkill for what we needed. I'm so thankful I found this option on Amazon!
