Light looks good and spreads the light well. I've read other reviews about it complaining of assembly issues - haven't encountered it myself. The light came with a full round mounting bracket that fits into a standard round electrical box so there were no mounting issues. You will need your own screws to attach the bracket to the electrical box, but these will vary by box. According to most others this lamp is very well built and looks very good. Although the picture gives the impression that the glass is cracked grass (actually it is not). This is frosted glass. The glass is quite heavy, making it difficult to (awkwardly) remove and swap out the bulbs. You will need to hold the glass firmly to the frame to allow the 4 screws to be inserted.
