Was purchased many times. Very reliable and acceptable by SQF code. We've put them in fridges and a 10 degree Fahrenheit freezer and they've worked for a couple of years now, bar changing the battery.

I bought this and a competing Elitech model to compare. Both appear to be accurate, tracking almost perfectly (within 1% humidity) of each other. Both offer certified calibration, and Elitech comes with a three-point temperature and humidity calibration certificate. Highly recommended.

Advantages: 1.) Easy to read: Numerical values are quite large. 2.) Batteries included. I'm from the Philippines) 4.) The English language used in the instructions is easy to understand (well, it's not from China) 5.) It can be hung on the wall or placed on the table. Cons: 1.) There is no backlight. 2.) The glass pane is moving. I don't know if this is a factory defect but the screen has not been repaired. 3.) For some reason it doesn't feel stable. Maybe it's because of the unfrozen screen…
