Fit and warmth are normal. I'm in my 70's and only wear them at home. I bought 3 pairs and they all have holes in the bottom. Less than a year. As I said, most of the time I sit and just walk around the house. Very disappointed in durability and quality.

Bought these socks after reading many great reviews to wear at home as my feet are always very cold but they didn't fit me. They were very soft when I put them on but they were too loose so they didn't hold up and kept slipping off. I returned them and found another option at Costco (3 pack) for the price of this pair and they are much better.

I love them because I get up at night. I've had similar brands but these brands wear through the heel almost instantly so it will be interesting to see how they wear. So far so good and the heel feels heavier than other brands I've tried including the more expensive Heat Holder brand. These socks have a loose fit, which is what you want for "sleep socks", but if you intend to wear them regularly, they might be a little too loose. Very comfortable for warm cozy nights.

As I couldn't find any hidden sizing information in the text, for my feet 8 and 1/2 I ordered a large size instead of a medium size which would be correct. To my amazement, although loose fitting, they hold snugly and are very thick, crunchy, fill the space between your feet and work boots smooth and wrinkle free, keeping you warm and comfortable all day.
