No problems so far and I've had it for months now

I installed it myself with a little help from a multimeter and know next to nothing about motors. Look for help videos on YouTube. So far so good, fixed my dead pedal issue.

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Dear

Cheap and works well

Easy installation, solved my problem with power surges because old APPS had noisy signal in some voltage range. It's an inexpensive way to check for throttle response issues, even if you decide to buy factory calibrated APPS at full price rather than leave it at that.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • boring packaging

Not as easy to calibrate as shown online.

This sensor needs to be calibrated to output 0.5V at zero gas. There are several videos showing how to do this, but I've never been able to get it close enough to work with my truck controllers. It's hard to work on. Manuals and a sticker on the truck warn against replacing the device with a pre-calibrated mount that costs over $200. I finally did.

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Nothing here

That does not work. best spare parts

thought it was too good to be true at this price point. I was right. I waited until my truck started throwing an APPS error code before installing this part. Luckily I was at home when I installed it. The truck doesn't go twenty yards before it throws an error code and the throttle stops responding, then it goes another twenty yards and stops. I finally put the old device back in place and the machine worked flawlessly. The part looks good but just doesn't work.

Cons
  • some bugs

Works great but requires guesswork to set up.

Used on a '99 Dodge Ram 3500 Cummins. When you buy a $200-$300 sensor from NAPA, it comes preconfigured and on a brand new mount, so you just snap it on and go. Unfortunately this sensor only needs adjustment and does not come with a sticker showing what voltage it should be adjusted to. I kept turning it on and relearning the throttle each time until the check engine light went out. For the price it was worth the escalation. Only Google APPS voltage control and Cummins relearns the throttle.

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • Vulgarity

Works great on my 2004 Dodge Ram Cummins. There is a good video on YouTube on how to install and set the voltage to 5.5 volts. I was wondering why it is so much cheaper than auto parts store prices. You Tube says the more expensive ones already have a voltage preset. For me it was worth my 5 minutes to save that $200 and install the tension myself. Quick and easy to do. I just stalled and so far this has fixed my occasional dead pedal issues. I thought it was a problem with the suction pump. In
