Quality value and incredible sound!

Better than the Flowmaster in my opinion. Solid quality sounds great. A deep scratchy rumble and a very pleasant sound for my big vintage car. The best sound for the money. Beautiful exhaust note with chambers.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Big and chunky

Putting this on my 2003 F150 4x4 5.4L.

Equipped with my 2003 F150 4x4 5.4L. It was used in place of the original muffler, so it's just a pipe. It's not much louder than the stock muffler, but it's exactly what I wanted and gets louder with age. You have to step on it to hear it. No roar, but it makes it clear that there's a V8 under the hood.

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Legacy model

Sweet smooth sound in mufflers

Installed on my 1999 F-150 with small 4.6 liter V-8 engine. Sweet, gentle tone! It's not offensive, it doesn't "bark" when you turn off the gas, it doesn't wake the neighbors when I go to work in the morning. Just sweet, mellow V-8 music played the American way. As long as I follow my woeful, tedious path of raping the planet with my carbon emissions, I might as well sound good while I'm at it! The thing does its job.

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • Almost never

Great damper for the price!

I installed this on my 2002 f150 with a 5.4 V8 and it really sounds like a V8 should! The stock muffler reassures everyone so much and this muffler unleashed the beast! But seriously, it sounds great. There is no drone, but if you step on it, everyone will know! It sounded pretty good when I first put it there, but now that a few months have passed I've had time to jump in, wow. It hums at idle, but not loud enough to (perhaps) wake the neighbor's dog.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Zero

Nice Loud Muffler for Ford 360 V8

Fits a 1973 Ford F250 Big Block 360 FE. Combined with the long pipe bends, the thing now really rumbles. I did two side vents in front of the rear axle and it sounds great at idle and really screams at full throttle. It won't wake the neighbors at lower revs, but people will definitely hear you coming. If that's not your speed you might want to look for something softer, I find it's as loud as possible without sounding too harsh or playing with straight pipes.

Pros
  • Decent Performance
Cons
  • Useless Features

Ram 1500 4.7 2005 love it!

Great product. My 2005 4.7 Ram 1500 added a deep low-rpm growl and crackle. Easy installation and great sound. It smells slightly burnt but I suspect this is due to the products used in production simply being burnt. A word of caution though; the engine of my truck hums at low revs. Obviously your mileage may vary depending on the engine and previous exhaust system. I personally like it, but if you're not a drone fan, pay attention. Update: since then the burnt smell has reduced to the point of

Pros
  • Very good price
Cons
  • Good but not great

Flowmaster quality!

I bought a muffler to release the raspy muscle tone that was holding back my 2004 Jeep Liberty 3.7L 4x4. Now it sounds like a vintage Mustang and adds character to my truck. I can totally agree with others that it compares to the Flowmaster but for the price it's no problem! The inlet and outlet dimensions (2 1/2") match the stock pipes making installation easy. I highly recommend welding it to an 18" extension as it will most likely be half the size of your stock muffler, though clipping on…
