This thing is cool! It's easy to understand that it comes with 'extra' bit transparent pieces of film that fit inside the case and should be held in place while you snap the case open, but it's very necessary! Decorate your MacBook Pro. tactical. That's great! Very, very durable. Doesn't affect how you open or close your laptop. I purchased this in mid 2018 for a 15" MacBook Pro with Touch Bar, model A1990. The case fits the front and sides, but the top of the case, that snaps onto the screen doesn't fit. On the back of the laptop, next to the hinges, the case tabs don't fit around the edges. It looks like the case was made for an earlier Mac, or just wasn't designed properly.
