I have bought many different brands of hubs over the years. These are by far the best engineers. They are molded in one piece and have a shipping weight of 9 lbs. I've seen competitor hubs shipping weight as low as 4 pounds. Which do you think is stronger? And the screw-on dust cover is a brilliant idea. They may cost more than their competitors' hubs, but you get what you pay for!

Ordered a replacement for my current Vortex hub which is out of outer bearing after about 4 years. This caused the cover to fail and the entire outer wheel to be covered in grease. There is no explanation why the Chinese made bearing failed after 4 years and 10,000 miles. The new hub arrives and the lubricating zircon is removed and immediately slips out when I lubricate the new hub after installation. BOW! He goes back to the next replacement. I have a 2014 boat trailer and less than 3000 miles on it. I just lost all the lube from the second one. My boat only has 106 hours, I don't use it much and the trailer is stored in a metal case. I loved them on my new boat trailer and they still have a 50 percent failure rate. I'll update this review after spending Saturday morning tearing apart my new pendant and shipping these knots. I hope they send an updated version at this point. Skip them for now.
