This is a useful and good product but the tiles are not loud enough. Once when I was out and about I looked in my wallet and couldn't hear it at all even though it was in my pocket. I could barely hear the voice on the keychain from outside the living room. If they made the sound that the app makes when selecting tile tones before loading them, they'd be a lot better. I would give this 3 1/2 stars as is.

Very disappointed. Initially, I had the first version, which worked great. But after buying this issue, I stopped being a fan. The app loads well and setup was easy, but my iPhone doesn't find the tiles even when the tiles are next to it (yes, bluetooth is on). It can tell tiles are nearby but never finds them, so I can't even use the ringer function. To top it off I have a combination of 4 and all 4 have the same problem. So actually a waste of almost $70.

The tile is amazing. No more extremely frustrating searches for lost keys or lost wallets. The battery drains pretty quickly (not sure if that was intentional, so I'll buy another one or not); definitely! Batteries are easy to replace. The standard battery is CR2035, which has a capacity of only 163 mAh. I used a CR2032 (a very common battery) with a capacity of 240 mAh. Works very well, very easy to connect and everything works as advertised. My only complaint about this product is that the battery only lasts a year and then you buy new tiles at their "discount price". So it's going to be like an ongoing annual subscription and I suspect the replacement price isn't as cheap as Revains as they sell their tiles at a much higher price through their payment page. I support the review complaining about the subscription model. You have to buy a new one every year whether you like it or not. They don't talk about it very openly and hide this small detail deep in the product description - you rarely find it unless you know what to look for. These tiles do not work as promised. Smaller but thicker, I attached it to my keychain. I put the larger but thinner one in my laptop bag. I installed the Tile app on my Samsung 8+. Please read the information before buying. I'm using an older version, but the company has changed their policies since the product was released.
