Great socks for snorkeling but a little big

I got these for my trip to Hawaii, and I wasn't sure on sizing since it's mens (and me being female). If it helps anyone I wear a solid size 10m (with longer toes) womens and I got a medium size in mens (or the 8 1/2 to 10 I think) and it's a TAD big, so I could have probably gotten away with the small for them to be more snug but as they are they do fit in the fin just fine, haven't tested them in water yet. Hope that helps if anyone's not sure about sizing. Otherwise the quality and…

Pros
  • Can be used with a variety of footwear, making it an ideal accessory for any water-based activity
Cons
  • Can be difficult to get off without help

A little large, but great

I purchased these for water aerobics classes. I had similar ones many years ago that I used in Hawaii that I loved. I like the fact that these have flexible bottoms, as opposed to water shoes. They allow you a better feel for what is under your feet. I was worried that they wouldn't hold up in water aerobics since they aren't specifically made for that purpose, but so far so good. I will probably order a size smaller next time because they should be snug and not allow water to easily flow…

Pros
  • Allows for improved balance and agility, enabling you to swim and navigate with ease
Cons
  • Can get dirty or stained easily

Slightly large, wears out quickly when used in pools

I bought these for use during water aerobics with the hopes that the sock style fit would be more comfortable than some water shoes I have used in the past. The socks are indeed very comfortable, no seams that rub, and they dry within a day when laid out indoors. I wear a women's 9.5 shoe and therefore purchased these in a size 8 per the sizing guidelines. The socks are somewhat loose in the toe area and take on water during my 45 minute exercise sessions. When I remove the socks after my…

Pros
  • Helps to prevent muscle cramps and other foot-related injuries
Cons
  • Can be too thick to wear with certain types of shoes

Extra Protection for Diabetic Feet!

My husband needed extra protection for his feet - he's a diabetic and is not to go barefoot. Didn't used to take that stuff seriously, until he had a problem that put him off work for two months. All it takes is one small cut - next thing you know it's infected. The sock fit tightly enough on his foot, it's not water or sand proof, but that was OK, it was enough to keep his feet from being actually in the sand. He also wore crocs to give him some cushion for taking walks up the beach. As an…

Pros
  • RELIABLE DURABILITY — Glued and flatstitched seams minimize water flow and maintain strength without irritating your feet, blisters or hotspots.
Cons
  • Difficult to put on with wet feet

All around good product but they sent the wrong color

I would have given five but I ordered all black, with no white stitching and I was sent black with white stitching. Regarding size, pick the size below you as these run large and should be somewhat snug. I do like them. they are comfortable and do the job. I use them with fins when I bodyboard and body surf. I would recommend them.

Pros
  • Provides a comfortable fit, eliminating the risk of chafing and irritation
Cons
  • Can be slippery on wet surfaces

Comfortable, Lightweight, Marginally Secure.

Tilos Neoprene Fin SocksPro: Lightweight, Fine for light currents, Cheap, Comfortable.Con: Sole is too thin, Tops are not high enough for good fin security. The rest of the story .With the ever decreasing luggage weight allowance on airplanes, I am trying to trim weight wherever I can.Recently all of our diving has been in the Caribbean which means warm water and minimal currents. I realized that my old 5mm zipup SCUBA booties were overkill. Basically all that I needed was something to keep my…

Pros
  • Can be used in a variety of water-based activities, from snorkeling to windsurfing
Cons
  • May not provide enough protection from sharp rocks or coral

must have for snorkel adventure

My family and I (ages 7year to 54 yrs) recently snorkeled St.John USVI every day for 8 days in a row. These fin socks are a must have! My husband didn't think he needed them so he didn't wear them the first day - and he got a blister! Needless to say he wore them every day there after. Quite honestly our vacation would have been ruined without them as I am sure everyone would have developed blisters and we would not have been able to comfortably snorkel so much! These socks are comfortable…

Pros
  • Water Booties & Socks
Cons
  • Takes longer to dry compared to regular socks

Pretty good on my review.

I wear a Women's 9.5 shoe and a large fit me perfectly. I was worried they wouldn't fit based on other reviews but I had no issue. They were great. My only complaint is that water does get in them and stays in them. I had small pools in my socks after I got out, I didn't mind but might if I was in colder water. Fit great in my fins too.

Pros
  • Sports
Cons
  • May become loose or slip off when in water
