Well made shoes but ruined by a hidden fatal defect

I bought these to replace my old Timberlands which I wear almost every day and have owned for so long I can't remember , when I bought them . See photos. The new shoes are beautiful and well made. However, when I took the paper liner out of the sock, I was disappointed to find that someone at Timberland had come up with the great idea of cutting off the liner just behind where you see with your eye and leaving your toes on the sock for a rough finish Sole of the shoe without or damaged. Pad…

Pay attention to the fit of the shoes. They are cut smaller than .

I just bought these in the 10.5W size. Pay attention to the fit of the shoes. They are smaller than other Timberland boat shoes of the same size. For example, on Timberland I usually go for 10.5 watts, but on this model I'll probably have to go to 11 watts. The photos show the size difference between this model and another model of Timberland 10.5W boat shoes. They're probably designed to be worn barefoot, but even they hug the body snugly. Otherwise they are well made and built to last. Just…

After 50 years of Timberland I'm ready

My great uncle wore this exact shoe when I was a kid. I've worn them for almost 50 years. But I will never wear it again. Now it's garbage. Made in China, size is about ONE number smaller, size M about AA. My closet is full of Timberland shoes, but these are the last pair I'll ever buy. You really should see her. The front of the shoe is about 2 inches wide - no American in the world could put their foot in it if they didn't have toes. Assuming they were made the way they used to be I threw…

Someone from management dropped the price.

This brand was of good quality with good leather, good fit and comfortable cushions. The styling and looks are a classic design that has stood the test of time, but someone in management decided to pop the hood and change a few things. Basically a pillow. The cushion only provides heel to midfoot support. The rest is missing, leaving the forefoot rubbing against raw leather materials. After a long walk, your front will blister and soak up the chemicals used to care for your skin. Also, the…
