Costs money. best replacement parts

love it. Follower with 262 Coleman. Helped a lot with towing. Use with an airbag system. They work well to smooth out the tug. Landing gear rolls removed and bumps reduced.

Pros
  • great price
Cons
  • something different

I wish I could always drag.

Extremely bumpy and bumpy ride unless I have a payload. Some sucks now for everyday driving. Do I set bumps as standard and only remove them when towing? Should not.

Pros
  • Best in the niche
Cons
  • Not the best

installed in 04 Yukon Denali. much more than stock.

installed in 04 Yukon Denali. much more stock. You must use silicone gel lubricant for installation. Use the car's weight to compress the wooden blocks.

Drives like new! in parts

06' Cadillac Escalade EXT: Failed towing with no slack before this item. Now with an improvement; stable, level at 7500 lbs and 33 ft trailer. Happy as hell! The ride is smoother if you only drive around town. There is no flex in the chassis, when I step on the gas it starts better. In my opinion, these shock absorber upgrades should have been installed from the factory. mojo

I could have studied the dimensions better but in the photos I found

Not exactly what I expected. I should have looked at the dimensions better but based on the photos I found I was expecting them to be much larger. Instead they are identical to the originals that were already on my Express 2500 AWD. When I bought the timbres for my F350 they were an upgrade from the OEM. I also thought they would be used all the time. My van is loaded and they are only used when cornering. FYI: I also have Hellwig assist springs and a 2" lifter. They get three stars becauseโ€ฆ

However, get the job done. - Replacement parts

I installed them on our 2007 GMC Savanah full size van. We towed the van at times, but needed extra rear suspension support to keep it flat since the springs were so soft. It seemed like the perfect solution. Easy to install but almost impossible to remove and go back to the original bumpers. They work great when towing, but when not being towed the bumpers tend to bounce off the springs, resulting in harsh rear-wheel drive. I shortened them an extra inch and that worked for some, but it alsoโ€ฆ

Installation 15 minutes, from start to finish.

I wonder if other reviewers have ever worked on a car. I was a bit worried reading previous reviews where others had trouble installing it. Looking at the pictures I thought it might be pretty easy but no one knows. They were dropped off on my porch around 10:00 am. The assembly was completed by 10:15 a.m., including jacking up and setting down the truck. The easiest modification I've ever made. Much easier and more reliable than the airbags I installed to tow a race car trailer. You areโ€ฆ

Helped with Towing - Air Suspension Kits

I installed them on a 2014 Chevy Express Van. Before I add them, the rear will sag a lot and I have to turn the tongue a lot with the weight distribution. After installation, the sag was much less and required fewer corrections with the weight distribution hitch. I took the van and trailer on a 2000 mile trip and it was great. Improved stability and bump support at high speeds. It was a little difficult to install. The old fenders came off easily, but the new ones were difficult to put straight
