Nice looking, useful features. But it doesn't work! The first one that arrived was defective. The second one is also defective, neither the timer nor the alarm clock rings :( American design with Chinese quality!

It was good but the tape fell apart pretty quickly. There were no problems with the return, just disappointed that it broke. Overall I think it's a decent product and my son would love it, just couldn't take it.

We'll be back. Some thought needs to be given to the functionality of this watch. The instructions were cumbersome and neither our son nor we could easily set up or use the timer. Such a shame.

At first I was very happy with the clock, but after a few months I started noticing that the clock was lagging behind real time. It's not calibrated properly. This is disappointing. I really wanted to love it. The timer function continues to work as expected.

Great timer clock and excellent customer service. We bought a timer and clock a while ago, they worked great and were very effective in helping my daughter focus on her tasks. One day she accidentally stepped on her watch and broke the screen. When I wrote to their support team asking for a replacement screen, they immediately sent a replacement watch. Loved the customer service, speed, responsiveness and of course the interchangeable watches.

I love the countdown timer function. The digital watch is good, I don't feel I need another watch, but visually appealing. It's easy to use. I personally don't use the alarm but I'm glad I have it and love the look of the mini digital alarm clock. My only complaint is that I wish it was waterproof so I didn't have to take it off as often. I bought this item for my son to use at school to help him with time management while working on assignments (he has ADHD and tends to lose track of time) All the functions of the watch are great, but the problem is that the screen is too fragile. Once when he took off his watch to take a shower, it fell to the ground and the screen shattered. It's still usable, but looks pretty bad. We used the larger desktop version of Time Timer but found it impractical for everyday use. This watch really fits! My child loves it and I am happy with the independence it has given us both. He feels more able to do everyday tasks because we have quick lists of what needs to be done and how long it will take, and he can start on his own.
