Description of Timebay

Timebay is a Munich-based software company founded in 2014 with the mission to increase customer satisfaction while reducing service costs. Through its platform, Timebay empowers end-users to solve minor problems themselves and enables service employees to support their customers faster and with greater confidence. A sophisticated ticketing system and an AR video call feature facilitate uncomplicated and effective communication between all involved parties. This allows even complex issues to be resolved remotely. The platform is accessed by simply scanning a QR code. There's no need to download or install an app. Therefore, support is available quickly and conveniently at any location, exactly when it is needed.

Great option if your looking into automating server management

I work remotely for Timebay, so I can't speak from experience using their product. However, I do know that they are very reliable and have been around since 2014. They offer a lot of different services. They also have a great team of employees. The support department is amazing! It's hard to find a bad thing to say about this company. They are super reliable and easy to use. If you want to save money, this is the way to go. We're saving thousands per month by not having to pay our own IT staff…

Timebay - Excellent Time Management Tool

The product has very good performance, easy to use and it works well. It's an excellent tool for our daily activities. I have nothing to comment about this solution. We solve all problems related to time management and employee scheduling. Our benefits are being able to keep track of work hours and projects. You can create different types of reports from simple ones like graphs and charts that are useful during meetings or when we need a report about the project.It also helps us save time…

  • Easy navigation through many options
  • Allows quick editing (even if not saved back) without losing previous data.
  • Works with several devices such as desktop computers,
  • Keeps working even after system reboots / crashes etc
