Syncs with my phone with no problems. The appearance of the watch is stylish and simple. It also doesn't need to be wound up at all, it's enough to sync with the phone. The app isn't terrible, it's just not as comprehensive as some users would like. I wanted to track my activity and sleep and this watch does just that - for sleep tracking I just use the watch data in my iPhone app.

I bought two of these. Couldn't get it to work. I called Timex tech support. According to Timex, this is a discontinued model. For over 1 year now. A Timex spokesman explained that the software application no longer supports this model. You can't set the time or get the Indigo running without the app. I have to believe them as I couldn't make the clock or get it working at all.

So far so good, watch looks great and works as expected. I'm still not sure about the accuracy when it comes to steps because I have another pedometer and they're far away, but I believe the sensitivity can be adjusted on this one and the other one isn't expensive, so I am I'm not sure which one is more accurate. The application is not bad, I sync manually, it works as expected.

This watch looks really great! Thing is, they don't count steps accurately, and I suspect bedtime is inaccurate as well. but timex only counted 294. Today I slept from 5am to 1pm but timex counted 12.9 hours. To be clear, I'm 73. I take short old man's baby steps and tend to doze off. However, the time seems less accurate than the Fitbit I had. be a little too wide. I ordered 18mm instead.

Always failed at 47% full sync with iPhone7. I called support. Email full reset instructions. The new firmware was loaded without any problems. It finally seems to have worked. Later synced again and working but now the second hand is stuck at 12. In the settings the second hand function has changed to distance. Set it back to seconds and sync again. I'm a long time fan of Timex watches. I have owned many of these over the years and have found them to be sturdy, reliable and great value. So I really wanted and expected this watch to please.
